After you submit your request and purchase your flight, our team will check availability in our flight schedule based on the dates and times you selected.
We will email you a confirmation for your booking along with information concerning your flight. You can usually expect a response from us within 24 hours.
If your preferred dates or times are unavailable, no worries; we’ll reach out to coordinate an alternate date and time that works for you.
If you have any questions prior to booking your flight, please visit our contact page and send us an email and we will be happy to answer any scheduling questions.

Cancellation Policy:
Once you have purchased your flight no refunds will be given. Rescheduling is allowed up to 72 hours prior to your flight. Purchases are honored for one year from the date of purchase. Failure to appear on your booked date or to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your flight. In the event your flight is canceled due to inclement weather you will be able to reschedule your flight with us. If your flight has to be canceled due to weather, you have up to 1 year to reschedule your flight with us. We appreciate your business!
